Does Nexus include a backend or database?

No. Nexus is intentionally a frontend template. You connect the APIs, database, authentication provider, email delivery, and business rules that fit your product.

Can I change the colors, navigation, and page structure?

Yes. The token-driven design system, catalog-based navigation, reusable components, and documented project structure are designed to be customized.

What do I need to run the template?

Node.js 20.9 or newer, pnpm 11.11, and a modern browser. Installation and production deployment steps are included in the documentation.

Can Nexus run under a subpath such as /admin?

Yes. Configure the supplied base-path environment variable and Nexus can run at the domain root or under a subpath such as /admin.
